F500:"Ä°mpossible to play all tracks", why?

hi,

i load mpeg 4 videos to my f500. But when i am trying to play videos avic f500 say "Ä°mpossible to play all tracks". The extansions of videos .mp4. what is the problem as your opinion. i cant watch any video so far . Please give me a link of video that compatible with f500.

Unfortunately the extension doesn't necessarily indicate that the file format is supported. I had the same problem. Best solution would be to figure out one file format that works (dunno where you will find that information but I'm almost positive it's floating around here somewhere) and then get a video converter software and convert all videos to the format you know works... Sorry for that long sentence, phew!
