It is indeed an easy one. You can get it from rarsoft.com
It is a free trial which I think goes for 45 days and is fully functional

There's no reason to uzip WinRAR or WinZIP for that matter. There is an open source compression software called 7-zip. Its 100% legally free, and its much more functional that either WinRAR or WinZIP. It can handle every common compression format, along with a few others.
