I would like to improve the quality of the Ipod picture album?

on my ipod the picture is very nice and on the f700BT the picture is very poor!

The reason is the video out is not high resolution (it's composite). There is no fix for this unfortunately.

The only way to view it better is on a TV with a component R G B cable, but it's still then only 480i.

It's not the quality of the video, it's the quality of the little picture of the ipod album.

when you select the ipod mod, you have a round with the ipod button on the right, and you have the song on the left whith title,singer... and the picture of the ipod album with poor quality

He means the album art. I've always hated how crappy they looked when you touch to blow it up.

The software in the unit seems to only be looking at the art thumbnail, rather than the full art picture on some iPod models. I have a 3rd generation photo that shows artwork just fine on the AVIC-F90BT, but with my iPod touch v2 it looks very distorted, or pixelated. I doubt there is a fix for this, at least not without a firmware update from Pioneer.
