I know that the navigation is useable while driving but if i play a dvd or ps2 will it play while car is in motion? Also if it doesnt play on the Pioneer D2 unit will it still send video output to my head rest tv's(so my kids dont kick my azz), While in motion? Thanx for any help that can be given

I'm going to assume you're talking about a d2 here. Since it doesn't directly play dvds you'll have to have a video source hooked up to it. I'm guessing you have a ps2? At any rate regardless of the vehicle being moving or not, the d1/2 will output to the rear monitors will in motion bypassed or not.

If the unit is properly bypassed then it will output and play video while in motion in addition to allowing all navigation functions to be used.
