Fatal Application Error - Telephone

Help. I've only had my AVIC-F90BT about 2 months. LOVE IT!! I was updating my contact list and I got the following Windows error message: Fatal Application Error - Application TEL has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. ----Program: tel ----exception: 0xc0000005 ------address 02d5377a8

 

Now if my Blackberry Curve's Bluetooth is enabled when I start my car the Pioner system starts loading and pops up the above message and resets itself, starting all over again. If I disable the Bluetooth then everything works fine (other than being able to use the phone feature).

 

My contact list never did get updated. Any suggestions?
