Change AV1 Setting to iPod.

i did that, and made sure that the AV1 setting was at ipod. it still doesn't play any sound just the video keeps on playing.

I actually have the same problem. I have an I-Pod video and when I connect it I can see it come up on the screen and I can control it from the screen but I don't hear any sound. I signed on to post the exact same problem. I'd love to get this issue resolved so I can use my I-Pod.

yes you are correct i have the iphone/ipod plugged via the usb rca cables given, so how can we resolve this? could it be possible the ipod video sound might work if i get the Pioneer "CD-RM10" which is the AUX Mini-Plug to Composite A/V Cable? if not, what's my next option?

There is a setting on my ipod video that you have to change in order to get sound out from other than the headset jack. I don't currently own an f90bt so I can't say that this would fix it, but its worth a try. Again, the setting to change is on the ipod itself. Hope this works!

Yep, in the video settings on teh Ipod you need to change it to "video out". I also had to mess around with some of the format settings on my Ipod to make it display properly on the screen, I think I used "widescreen". One other possibility could be that you hooked your audio connectors up to the wrong set of RCA connectors... Just a thought.
