I have had it for 3 months, and it won't start. I turn the car on, and the lights turn on for a few seconds, I hear the fan, but the screen is blank. I have even tried resetting the unit. I do have my XM power with the radios yellow power line. It's been fine though for many months. Could this have anything to do with the problem? Any suggestions? If I send it into pioneer, how long does it normally take?

Have you tried booting it with the test mode files? If it will boot with test mode, we can get you fixed.
