Hi, I have just installed my new F700BT, I haven´t installed only the PARK BRAKE WIRE, then the avic swith on, and I can listen to the music, but I can´t access to neither to general settings nor to phone settings, and the color of the light of the pioneer is continuosly changing...................

I don´t know what´s the matter with my unit, Can someone help me???

the word you are looking for is "bypass"

the color scanning on the unit is the default, it's in the manual under "illumi color"

Yes, settings can only be accessed when parking brake is on or unit is bypass - built in safety feature crap...

You can:

A: Wire it properly as instructed by the documentation, and then have access only with the parking brake engaged, as it was designed.

B: Perform either the software or hardware bypass procedures as listed in many many many other threads.
