I'm hoping someone can help me out here.

I've been a huge supporter of pioneer and when I saw what the F500 could do Vs. other portable units I couldn't wait to get my hands on one. I've been a happy owner of a TomTom Go 910 for almost 3 years and sold it about the same time I was ordering my F500. I received my F500 and have had nothing but troubles with it and hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I had to reset my TomTom about 5 times during the period I owned it, but it seems like im reseting my F500 10 times a day and its just driving me crazy. The main 2 issues for the reset.

 

1: Sometimes I turn the unit on and when it boots up my music on the SD card it will only list just the 1st track on each album and after I reset it, then it shows all the tracks.

 

2: Sometimes the unit boots up and it goes right to my rear camera and wont switch off this input. after I reboot it a few times it will finally work.

 

I can understand an occasional hickup, but resetting it every time I get into the car is just crazy
