Vehicle speed sensor VSS wire for 2000 ford f-250 super duty

Please tell me where the vehicle speed sensor is located for a 2000 Ford F-250 Super Duty? Is it part of the factory wiring harness?

Speed Sense gray/black @ PCM

The PCM (Powertrain Control Module) is located on the driver side of the firewall under the hood.

Should be on back side of gauge cluster. Mine was a pink and black wire on my 2004.
