Hello, new to the forum and new to the community.
Just got a the f90bt and was thinking of mounting the GPS antenna behind my console. Noticed that the GPS has a built-in magnet to mount and the place I was thinking of mounting on the defrost vents which are made of plastic, I was wondering if it would be wise to place a permanent magnet behind the plastic vent and then place the GPS on the other side of the plastic vent. Or would that be a bad idea. I just am thinking that the sticky tape will wear down and the unit will move about. Thanks in advance.
