I recently changed the battery in my car and now whenever i get a text, the d3 switches to phone mode. If i am listening to radio or ipod and i get a text, it switches to phone mode. I paired my friends phone and hers works normally. the only way i can stop this from happening is by putting the d3 into the reject all calls mode, but then obviously i cant recieve calls either. im getting really ticked. this never happened before with any other phone. i store my car during the winter and only had my Instinct for about 2 months before i stored my car last year, so i cant honestly remember if it happened then or if it only started happening after i changed the battery. i tried reseting the d3 twice and i would reset the BT unit, except that i dont know where bestbuy mounted it. any suggestions? please? im so frustrated.
