I was wondering if there is a way to upload POI's downloaded form other sites directly onto the AVIC F90BT. IE what is the full file directory that the files are stored in. I am not looking for a branding zip but instead just want to add a few POI's without having to have my SD card plugged into the deck.

I am already using POI Edit to convert Garmin and Tom Tom files into KML files. I tried AVIC Feed and it seemed to hate anything over 300 files and even then it just made the KML extension but required the SD card in the system to load the POI.

Been trying to find it on here but 90% of the POI links are on the topic of Map POI's during upgrades and the Branding.zip.

Anyone know if this can be done?

As far as I know, No one has explored the possibility. I think there are other areas most of the hackers on here are exploring. I dont think there are a lot of people on here that need this capability. Good luck on your endeavor though.
