I have the 700 installed in my 09 Tacoma. The 09 has a built in mp3 jack but it was disabled when the Pioneer was installed. I like where this is located and would prefer using this having a cable dangling down from the one on the face of the 700.

Has anybody come up with a way to tie the 700 into the factory jack?

well one big thing is that the factory jack is an audio only jack,where as the one on the front of the unit is a audio/video jack

There is a way to this. I have the same truck 09 tacoma dbl cab. if you search the Tacoma forums you will find your answer. I am not able to do that right now i don't have time. but i have seen a write up on this. If you have any other questions about the tacoma install let me know I have done the research and might have an answer. When i get the chance i will try to find it again.
