Try this.
Speed Sense lt. blue 8P radio harness or cluster, pin 6
Notes: May not be present on vehicles with base level audio systems.

yea... i think you have to have the RF system to have it at the harness. Looks like its more than likely located in the ECM.

if you don't have the rf system you can find it behind the speedo cluster, i forgot which one but it's an empty pin on one of the harnesses.
