Shopping for SD media... Speed?

What speed class do I need for optimum DIVX playback? I tried playing back some divx encoded video via USB and it was choppy at best.

I am using Lexar Platinum II 60x 8GB SDHC.

It works well with DivX and MP3 so far

Also I am using LGear 16GB USB Drive.
