Hi Guys,

A guy did Install my 900BT and perform the hardware bypass, i am not sure whether he did it in proper way or not since i am getting a message "System has detected an improper connection to the parking break...." and nothing works if i go more than 10MPH!!

how do i now proceed for bypass!!! I can not play with wires but very good in software ... i read somewhere if i do software bypass on top of hardware bypass i will land up breaking up my unit... is it true!!! can any one confirm it!!

Does that means, software bypass will be successful!! since i am not good an wiring I am not sure is my parking break grounded so concerned about the success rate of software bypass!!

plz advice!!

as long as the parking brake wire is grounded the software bypass will work

OR

search for the hardware bypass for the F-series (the D-series is a little different) and look at the pictures and make sure that your mute wire is in the right pin and your parking brake wire is grounded
