Can someone point me in the direction or give me the filename of the best, largest Database for POI's? Not POI Factory but for the F90 or IGO state by state POI Files. I DL'd the ones from http://igo8.gpssoftware.us/igo8.3.htm but My old database has alot more POI's than that one. If there was a way to merge them.
Thank you for the response. I am talking about the Map specific POI's the ones that come with the unit but updated. I downloaded the 2008.1 maps from another source and there was POI's attached but is there a newer set. I would download from the different POI websites but I cannot figure out how to add them to the specific category for example If I DL Hotel POI's and I throw them into my USER/POI folder (Thanks Boris) I can add them to my poi List but in its own category I would like to be able to add it to the existing Hotel category.
Another thing I am struggling with I want to make a sub category for the Category Shopping for Grocery Stores but how do I get the grocery store POI's into that new group.
Not that I know of. It would probably surface here if there was a newer update.
