Hey, whats up... another new f700bt owner here. I've been looking through the forum and it crazy to see what people are doing to these things... (most of it way over my head). Anyways I wanted to first off say thanks for all the info I've gained from this site, and have put some of it to good use. However, I have a problem with my bluetooth connectivity. I recently bought a new phone (samsung sch-r500) through Telus in Canada. I had read the list of bluetooth compatibility and saw that someone was able to get this phone to hookup to the f700bt. In anycase I've tried both of the bluetooth updates, and neither one of them seems to work. Basically the navi can find to phone, but the phone only rarely finds the navi, and either way I try, I can't get them to pair. The only thing I haven't tried yet is the original version of the bluetooth (which I don't have). So... I was wondering if anyone had the original bluetooth backed up that I can have? I searched the forum but can only find the backups for the firmware upgrade.... any help is appreciated! Thanks!

well... I said screw it, and exchanged my phone through telus (verison in us). I ended up with the LG 8800 and it ended up working flawlessly! Basically all the phone options on the Navi are fully fucntional, and it never drops off blue tooth! Couldn't be happier! I'm running the bluetooth version 2.9 incase people are wondering...
