Ok i just got my F900 BT Used... so i don't know if the selller lied to me or this got damaged in shipping but...

My unit will not read any cds/dvds, it just says ERROR02. what is this error exactly? i used google/avic search and found nothing. Tried putting in a disc w/ lense cleaner (tiny brushes) and it didn't work at all. let me know if this is busted so i can send this fucker his headunit back and get my money

Page 162 of the F90BT manual explains that ERROR2 is a disc reading error. It is very helpful having the manual: just google Pioneer "model number" manual pdf and you'll find it easily. It'll just take 5 minutes or so to download.

Anyhow, I'd suggest trying a variety of media. If a variety of different CD and DVD media all have a "read" error, then you might have a hardware problem.

I'm sure you're putting the media in rightside up and not upside down.
