So I got my head unit back from the repair shop, and with the upgraded software.
Everything looks and works GREAT.

The only problem is that the voice guidance doesn't work.
I think it MAY have to do with the fact that I recently removed the stock speakers from use. I'm now using all pre-out signal.
Does the voice only come out through the high level outputs ?

I believe that is correct. I'm using speaker level and not line level outputs for my front speakers but I know that the voice guidance is only heard through the front speakers, so I'm guessing it wouldn't be heard on any of the line level outputs.

Crrrrrrrap...

I thought of hooking up a single speaker for voice navigation.
I'll have to check that out.
