I just installed my F700. I have searched the owner's manual and these forums. I cannot find if it is possible to turn off the voice guidance. even with the volume set all the way down it still interrupts my music. I dont want the the thing to tell me where to go, I just want the map to show my route.
the way it is, even with the volume all the way down, it interrupts my music, it sounds like the music is skipping.
also, the ipod sounds bad compared to CD, I have all my music on the ipod apple lossless, but I compared songs back to back with the cd, the ipod songs make the speakers sound like they are blown.
