I have a Z1, upgraded to Z3. I have the bypass, but it always stays in DAY mode. What did I do wrong? The illumination wire? Should it be hooked up? And if so, to what? Thanks in advance, and sorry about the ignorance.

Illumination wire should be hooked up to the illumination wire of your car.

Yeah, thats what I thought. I'm pretty sure it is. But its always on DAY. I'll double check to make sure.

You can check it works in the "hardware" menu....

(settings > hardware > connections )
