I was trying to set the clock in the f900bt but it only allows me to skip by hour up or hour down.

Is there a way to set it exactly the way I wanted (hour+minutes)?

I couldn't find any info in the manual

Sets via gps location and time zone, yes it can be finicky, plus it was not programmed with the correct DST dates.
