Hi guys,

I've had my F90BT installed for a while, but I decided to do the hardware bypass. relocated the mute wire correctly, then grounded it. Grounded the parking break, did it all.

my problem is now my subs as soon as my deck turns on start to just rumble, even with the volume at 0... i try and change it to hd radio or ipod, cd, everything, but when volume is at 0 the subs still rumble and make bass.

why is this? didnt do it before the bypass, everything worked great, but now regardless of what it is, when volume is at 0 the subs/bass still rumble.

any idea why? or has this happend before??

hey mine is making noise after the mod as well. ill look around else where too. look out for me too please. and also i had a n4 and bought the btb200 for bluetooth for it. it then would pair up with my samsung ypp2 bluetooth mp3 player and play music. but i cant seem to pair the f90bt with my samsung. is this able to happen since this unit has built in bt. the n4 did and this one is so awesome why wouldnt it?

Jerad, try just grounding the P.brake wire without the mute wire and see if it stops rumbling. If so, do the software bypass. All my self-installing mods already have it applied.

Gizzy,

Bluetooth in the Avic is handled by a parrot unit. There is no A2DP profile to enable audio playback via BT. Headphone jack is the only option for non-iPod MP3 players. USB flash drives and hard-drives work fairly well but slower with no VR possible.

Guys, look in the hacks section of the forums and you will find all the mods you could ever want. Some, like mine, already have the software hack done for you.

Hit the 3D button and it is always heading up. In 2D mode it is always north up.
