trying to get my msn direct. destination >> msn direct>>> status. just say its connecting. then i tried resetting like 3028420 of times and it is still not working. i have the avic f 500bt If anyone can help i would give you kudos. blah. and i know im not the only one with this problem. wish they can just give it to me on paper like cd keys for games.

SOLVED!!!

Pioneer replys. You'll need to make sure that the unit is connected to the Docking station. Also you need to make sure that the docking station is installed properly, as for the wires and the antenna needed to be connected. Once all is corrected, you should be able to access the MSN Direct.
