By accident I have added some empty New Folders in the igo folder.

For some reason I can't delete them. Everytime when I restart in testmode....there they are again.

How can I permanently delete them?

If you delete them and they re-appear next time you enter Testmode, they are actually on your SD card under the Mitacap folder tree. Grab a fresh copy of testmode from the FTP or fix the one you have. There are different Testmodes for each region's avic.

YES, they were existing in the mitacap folder. I have deleted them there.
