OE disc, or burned? Only reason I could think of that could possibly cause this...

Hi, it's a burned disc. Could this be the reason ?

It seems like more and more, burned nav discs are causing issues with these units. I'd look (ebay, again?) for an OE copy of the original disc for the unit.
