Help with AVIC-F500BT in Russia — AVIC411 Forum Archive

I just bought an AVIC-F500BT in Russia and keeps rebooting itself and sometimes showing a fatal error message. Went back to the seller and he handed me an SD card with a loaded Tom-Tom software with a loaded Russian map in it. It sucks big time, can somebody help me find a solution so I can use the original map? what do you think is preventing me from using the preload software? Any guidance is well appreciated.....

If he put any modded files like a custom data.zip you may just need to go into your files and delete user/data/igo8/save... delete all the files in the save folder. then reboot and try it again. I had to do that to mine. it would reboot constantly before i did that. I am not 100% sure about where the directory is... but just find igo8/save.
