I've searched and was unable to locate this specific problem:

BB8800, F700BT, v2.0: When using bluetooth for the phone, if I adjust the volume using the on-screen buttons, 70% of the time the volume drops to nearly zero. The person on the recieving end can hear me just fine, but I can't hear the caller. If I hang up and call back, the volume resets so it is fine. Again, though, if I adjust it, it becomes very quiet on my end. Anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this?

Mine did the same thing after I pushed the "map" button. I could barely hear the caller.

I reset the unit last night. This morning - same problem. Has anyone had any experience with this issue? If so, please post what happened.
