Please forgive me but I have a newbie question. I just got my F90 last week and have been thrilled with it. I'm not too interested in XM or HD radio but I am thinking of getting an iPOD for it. I don't want to spend a lot of cash on one. Any recommendations to a model/firmware version that works well with the F90?
Which iPOD
They have a PDF list on the Pioneer website which ones are compatible. Basically anything from the 1G iPod Nano until the latest Touch is compatible. I guess just whatever amount of space you need is your deciding factor - go on the Wiki page for the iPod and see all their capacities and then figure out what one would work based on here.
Me, personally I'm going to buy a used iPod Photo/Video with 30GB of space, should be more than enough for me since for the past 2 years I've been listening to regular burned CD's on my stock radio ![]()
I have an IPOD classic 120GB and while it does technically work, it doesn't work well. I would stay away from the classic until the 3.0 firmware proves to fix the problems.
I went ahead and purchased a used 80gb video classic. works perfect. I have a bunch of music videos and tv shows on there. I purchased it used so I can toss it around without worrying and besides it stays in my glove compartment anyway.
I am thinking of picking up an ipod 30gig 5th generation tomorrow. Will it work just like my ipod touch with f70?
thanks
