Has anyone experienced a problem with this update where if you inadvertantly add a favorite phone number you can't delete it. The problem I am experiencing is when I add a phone number to the address book and try to place a call using voice recognition (call - the system looks at the favorite instead of the address book and gives me an audible message that the telephone book is not registered. I put the original HD version 2 back in and the sytem works CALL and a list of names & numbers comes up for me to call. The original HD does not have any favorite dialed phone numbers installed. If I could only remove those favorite I think I could solve my problem. I remove the address book and did a factory reset starting the engine and holding the map button until I get a screen that allows me to do a reset. I go back in and the favorite phone numbers are still there.
