hey guys I recently installed the f900bt myself in my 2006 2.5i which is my first installation i've ever done by myself!!
I am having a couple problems and wondering if you guys can please help me out or offer some advice
1 - i have no radio reception, it is just static even though the antenna jack is hooked into the aftermarket headunit
2 - i know you have to have the av composite cable for the ipod to work because the regular ipod cable wont play but there is no sound at all and it doesnt recognize my ipod when i plug the aux cable through the front of the headunit into my ipod, i'm curious as to why the aux cable wont work?
3 - sometimes it pops and and says system detected a problem with the parking break lead please check message when i put the parking break up while moving higher than the speed where the buttons are highlighted
4 - if i bookmark a spot on the gps and try to return to it later, the gps will take me nowhere near the spot that i bookmarked...but if i plug in the address to the place manually it takes me right to that spot
5 - also is there anyway to keep the splash screen on or change the backround to the headunit??
these are just some things i'm worried about, if you guys can help me out at all i'd greatly appreciate it thanks alot ....
