My bluetooth seems to be working fine but when I get a call, no one can hear me. I've never had this problem before, any ideas? Can the Microphone die?

Obviously, check the connection in the back of the BT unit. Aside from that, it is possible that the mic did indeed die, or the port on the BTB200 failed somehow.
