In the UK we have Phillipa as the non-TTs voice and Serena as the TTS voice, I guess equivilant to Jason and Samantha in the US.

 

I see in WIKI and in Cmh928, mods to improve the Samantha voice. Does anyone know if either or both of these would work to obtain a Phillipa TTS voice.

 

Also the two mods referred to seem to be identical, except that Cmh928 includes a folder with *.ogg files. Does anyone know what this adds to the mod.
