how do you upload it to your SD card. The manual says it to loaded onto the top layer/folder??? Is that same as creating a new folder within SD card and loading it onto that folder????? My system did nothing....thanks for your help.

hey so does this mean that there won't be a 3.0 equivalent firmware for the F500BT w/ the new igo and maps?

I just purchased 3.0 with new maps from Pioneer website, currently U can get it for $60 plus tax and s/h. Hope to have it in my possession soon.

and don't see AVIC-F500BT as one of the listed compatible devices...

I believe the 3.0 update for the 500 is CSND-150FM
