ok so i have now read all of the horror stories about the bt 700 & 900 just great lets see if this is a progaming issue be gentil newbie and not to computer frendly ok so the wife went out of town has the bt 700 in her van radio quit working while in nav mode wont reset wont master reset this am get the welcome screen loads and then goes to the home screen ok so far then the nav just the voice starts to tell me about the last destanation she was looking for but still on the home screen nothing works wont even power off. so what do i do besides bash it with a hammer please someone let me know how to fix it i dont have a 2.0 card to install into as i bought this thru ebay as a refurbished unit. sorry about being so long winded

the only thing i can think of would be to try to load the new firmware on the device. get an SD card and download the firmware from pioneer's website. besides that your only other option may be to take it out and send it back to pioneer.

also, its would be helpful if you used punctuation in your posts. it is very hard to read without any periods.
