I had the same issue with my unit. I had to connect using my phone. The unit should give you the option of connecting using your phone. Just search from your phone once you choose this option and that should do it. The code to put in should be 1111.

Thank you jwq, in my samsung phone, the discoverable called viability. Once it is on, the f90 detected the phone, and the phone detected the f90, the f90 prompt with the 1111 cod on the screen, key the 1111 into the phone, the phone is complete connected. Thanks again jwp.
