The av1 is not highlight but it read my iphone, charge it, and play it, but no sound, it did have sound about week ago but noting now (the av1 is on ipod) f90bt 2.0ver

Go to Settings, AV Settings, and toggle AV 1 on and off back to Ipod. if this doesnt work
Check the AV plugs make sure they are fully connected to the Ipod and to the back of your Avic.

but if the cable wasn't connected right, woundn't it not be able to read my iphone
