I added a camera on my drive for testing purposes, but now want to remove it. The only problem is I can't find anywhere how to remove it!

Which skin? On the stock one, you go through the same steps as when you added the camera. If the cursor is over the cam, Add Camera button will change to Edit Camera. Click that and there is an option to delete it.
