Okay guys. I have the newest iGo8 R3 version on my AVIC-S1. Now I'm looking for the newest maps. I already have a maps from 2008 but I heard that new ones comes out.
Those are the maps I'm looking for:
i can't find them etheir but i did read that first quarter 2009 map of North america is out
but i cant get a signal on my AVIC-s1 with the igo r3 and i tried manullay changing the gpe baud = 4800 and that din't work
try ppcwarez or gpsunderground
also did you do anything to get a signal
I have to stay outside for about 15 -20 min. with GPS on. Its happened only for the first time. Try to set your satellite channel to 2 and baud to 4800.
in sys.txt
No. In GPS settings.
sorry i didn't realize it was going to be that simple but there it was right in the settings
but now the only problem i have are the buttons not doing what they should and the igo.exe not running auto-mat when the unit is switch on
also i miss the bluetooth ---- don't any of you guys/gals ????
i can't remeber how i did all of this when i put navigon soft on my PNA -- avic-s1 like a year ago
the buttons not doing what they should
its normal. I think that you can't fix it.
and the igo.exe not running auto-mat when the unit is switch on
Are you using the button on the back to turn it off?? If Yes then you will have to load igo.exe each time. Use the button on the top to turn it off.
I think we all have the same problemalso i miss the bluetooth ---- don't any of you guys/gals ????
like two years ago i but had navigon soft on my PNA --avic and i edit the code and it autostarted from the back switch but now i can remeber what the hell i did
buttons and all----because real navigons don't have any buttuons other than the on/off on top of the unit
and they don't have bluetooth either so thats that
