hey guys,

i just picked up the u310BT and i have it still sitting in the box at home because i cant decide which unit i actually want. I saw the f700Bt on clearance for 588; which is how much i got the U310BT for and update 3.0 has me pretty intrigued with the unit. I was hoping you guys could help me out in making the best choice.

the main differences i see are:

1. Screen size

2. f700bt plays video

3. u310bt screen is detachable

I would go for the F700BT the screen on the U310 is so small

If you don't watch videos, the screen size makes no difference. All the text and controls are the same size.

I like mine, and the detachable face is pretty nice if I happen to park in a open area.

The volume knob is nice and large, much easier to use.

Oh, and there is zero boot time. The only time it has the boot screen is when you reset it.
