when i listen to the sd card the screen always goes blank and i cant see the song titles

when i touch the screen a few buttons show up so i can change the songs but for some reason i have lost the titles but the songs still play

i get that to , 2 songs will go by and the first title is still there. Cant even use any buttons as well sometimes?
