I recently got a D3 used, but it came without the GPS antenna. Are there other compatible antenna ? Or do I just need to order a replacement. I was hoping to find one local instead of ordering off e-bay. Any thoughts ?

Probly going to need to buy one from pioneer

Found a company that makes them. Better reception than the Pioneer model more compact and works on the 3v given by the D3. 13 + shipping on e-bay. Going to try it out and see how it works.

I bought mine from ebay for $30 and for the past 2 years, no problems.

Both OEM and cheap replacement GPS antennas for all AVIC units can be found on eBay. Read item descriptions to insure you get the right ones...
