XM Not Connected but I get channel 000 & 001

10XMT hooked up to a D3. xm Not "Connected", "no signal" but I get Channel 000, 001 & the weather. Tried second antenna & IP Bus cable and same thing. Service is activated, etc...

Tried searching and I see others with this problem but no help is given on any of the threads. Thanks

Have you tried having XM send a new 'activation' signal? I lose my activation occationally, and just log into the website and send a new activation request.

Thought I had it working but it has been "updating" for over 24 hours now. WTF?

Working now. Nothing really to tell. Spent 1/2 hour on the phone with XM (with them sending activation signals the whole time) for it to finally "take". Sometimes I hate technology.

I might add that make sure that you reset both the XM Tuner and the head unit.
