I have found 2 cases. One says to boot in test mode and copy the entire myflashdisk. The only gives you a partial radio.

 

The other one says to boot in test mode and select DiskRW. Then select read then select SDMLC and give it a place to go in the propmpt (an SD or USC card)... Then hit read. This only gives you the description of the disk.

 

Please send the correct instructions to backup and restore.
