Are there x and y settings for the 2d arrow position?
AFAIK its by percentage, check out this code from navigatemap.ui
map.SETCARPOSITION 50 50
that means its 5o% horizontal and 50% vertical or vice versa

The problem is my arrow sits off center to the left and to far forward can this be fixed?

play with the values, not sure where it's referenced to but playing with the values would most likely get you where you want to be

I did but it moves the map and arrow and is still off the mark.
