Help seem to have lost maps radio and all other things unit boots up can get into settings but thats all I insert SD with test mode and zip happens could it have something to do with th bypass any help would be great

That shouldn't have anything to do with whether or not you can get into test mode. Which version is the software on your stereo, 1.9, 2.0, or 2.006? if it's the latest version you will need to get the newest version of testmode from the hacks and mods section.

Once you can get into test mode, I have all the map files available for you to download if you end up needing them.
