I've got my HTC Touch Pro2 (TP2) for over a week now, but I just can't get my F910BT (European version with 3.0 SW) to work with it correctly. I've searched for solutions but couldn't find one yet.

My TP2 will pair correctly and sync of contacts works fine as well.

Problem I'm having is:

1) When I call, the sound of the radio/iPod is not muted (need to turn down volume manually)

2) "Call interface" doesn't show up on the Pioneer. This should popup everytime I'm in a call. It allows me to drop the call and change volumes.

When setting up pairing I can select a bunch of phones, but non of them solve my issues.

I've had a Samsung i600 (with JetWare) which works fine and a Nokia e75 which works fine out of the box. The JetWareMobile app doesn't work on the TP2 as it has a different Bluetooth stack (Broadcom's Widcomm stack rather than the Windows/MS stack).

Anyone has any idea's on how I can get my TP2 working fine with my Pioneer?

Any help is appreciated.

I just came across the 2.9 BT firmware, loaded it but still it doesn't work.

I've tested the normal pairing process and then I tested the Windows CE Phone from the list (I believe this one wasn't there with the 3.3 BT firmware).

I'll continue to test the other phones in the list, but I have little hope so far. Any help still appreciated!

Hello Daxy,

Did you manage to get to the bottom of this?

What radio version is installed on your HTC Touch Pro?

I updated the AVIC-F firmware to 3.01 and Bluetooth stopped working correctly. It started having the same problems as you all, when it worked correctly before. I managed to get it working as before without losing the updated interface of the 3.0 firmware update as follows.

1) I deleted the My Flash Disk/USER/UserData/Setup and My Flash Disk/USER/UserData/iGO/save folders. I don't think this step matters only the next step, but someone else fixed their problems just by doing this.

2) Then I rebooted and replaced the My Flash Disk/APL/parrot.dll and My Flash Disk/APL/parrot.ini files with the same files from the free 2.06 update from the Pioneer website.

Now everything works as it should.
