Hey Guys,

I searched the forums for a while and wasn't able to find what I was looking for. The new iPhone 3GS has the ability to play music through a connected bluetooth device. My brother in law has a single din pioneer radio with bluetooth, and he can play his music through the car stereo. The F700 is a MUCH more advanced radio than his, yet I can't figure out how to get the bluetooth audio to work. Is it not a possibility on the F700 BT?

Thanks in advance.

Scott

The AVICs don't support A2DP.

This is absolutely depressing!!!

why? very few units support A2DP, heck until Apple's 3.0 iphone release a month ago they didn't support it either

You will need to upgrade to the Z110BT if you want that feature. I wouldn't be so upset about it though, the A2DP profile with the iphone is very buggy right now and causes allot of skipping in the audio. Hopefully Apple address that in the next firmware update.

Honestly the iPhone A2DP streaming audio is very poor quality. It is also choppy. You're NOT missing ANYTHING! both myself and a friend have streamed it and have been disappointed in the quality. He's got a Ford Fusion with Sync.
